You may return or exchange items within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear.

You may return or exchange items within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@vadhers-smartfit.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was defective or sent in error).
